The Suwannee River Fair Pavilion is home to the Suwannee River Youth Livestock Shows and Sale, held annually in March. It is also available for your next event, fundraiser, or show!
The pavilion is available for rental for your event.
- The building is 15,000 square feet.
- There is seating for up to 975 people.
- The main pavilion building is heated and cooled.
- The building is handicap accessible.
- Has clean, modern restroom facilities.
- Livestock scale is also available.
- Chairs and tables are available for use onsite.

Pavilion Rental Agreement & Fees
In order to hold a date for your event, you must submit a completed and signed AGREEMENT and a non-refundable DOWN PAYMENT. See complete RENTAL AGREEMENT for details.
Grounds Rental Only - NO Pavilion Access
