Here are the sponsors:
Fat Steers - Levy Animal Clinic
Feeder Steers - Dr. Bill Martin, Martin Orthodontics
Swine – Smith Asset Management
Heifers – Dr. Bill Martin, Martin Orthodontics
Dairy and Meat Goat – Dr. Bill Martin, Martin Orthodontics

It has been brought to my attention that when I was redesigning our web site I dropped the link to our horse and pony lease agreement.
This lease agreement is different form the Florida 4-H horse and pony lease agreement and is required to be submitted at time of registration.
If you are a 4-H member please check with your local 4-H office to determine if the the Florida 4-H lease agreement is also needed.

There are 2 forms you will need to bring with you to the contest
- Record Sheet/Summary Sheet – Tell us what you did to prepare for the contest
- Contestant Registration/Question Form - Answer a few questions about the videos above.
We would also like to change the registration time to 9:00 am, with the contest starting at 10:00′ish. The Dog Show will be over sooner than expected and it would be nice to start this contest a little earlier and have chicken for lunch.
We have add a couple more videos
Remember the topic this year is SAFETY
Financial Topic – Identity Theft
Clothing Topic – Gloves
Human/Home Safety – proper lifting techniques to prevent back injury
Safety from National Safety Council

The fair is right around the corner! Here are a few important reminders for all exhibitors. We don’t want anyone to be disappointed.
ALL exhibitors must complete a Record Book (cloverbuds complete a summary sheet). This will be checked for completion as they enter their animal project into the fairgrounds in March. ALL exhibitors MUST have their ethics class # on the front of the Record Book (ONLY cloverbuds are exempt). EVEN IF IT IS THEIR FIRST YEAR!!!
For the “Thank You” letter. Do not include an envelope. Do not send a card. This should be a letter. It shoul be longer than just one or two sentences. If an exhibitor shows up without a letter, they will be pulled out of line until they write an acceptable letter.
Here are the complete rules for Photography:
PHOTOGRAPHY RULES… NO FRAMES, GLASS OR PLEXIGLAS WILL BE ALLOWED! 1. A photo entry may be either black/white or color, processed from a negative or a digital camera and must be taken by the exhibitor. 2. The exhibit must have a short explanation of why the picture was taken and chosen for entry. The explanation should be printed or typed on an index card. Both the card and the entry form must be attached to the exhibit. 3. Exhibitors may submit one entry as either: (a) A series of photos: picture sequence or story showing a logical progression of images, or (b) An individual photo. 4. Pictures should depict activities typical of those in which a 4-H or FFA member and their friends would likely participate. 5. The photo must be mounted on foam board and the maximum size for a single photo is 8”x 10”.
